A fellow therapist (and friend) recently showed me this blog post: 10 Things I Wish Everyone Knew About Therapy, by Megan Hale. If you are considering counseling/therapy, I strongly recommend that you read it. The post addresses so many of the fears and struggles that make people nervous to make the call or walk through the door to the counseling office.
